Happy Labor Day! Whenever I think of Labor Day, I think of my dad (and men/women all over the world like him)! My dad has been working in the postal business for over 35 years. He has works his booty off with long hours, terrible shifts (currently working 3:30am-noon) and stands on his feet all day long. My dad is nothing but a hard worker and never complains about it!
Due to all the gyms being closed today, I am switching my Monday and Tuesday workouts since I cannot get in a gym to do some lifting.
Monday: 8 x 400
Tuesday: Stretch + strength training
Wednesday: 3 miles + Strength training
Friday: 4 miles (race pace)
Saturday: 9 miles
Sunday: 4.5 miles
