- Front/side lunge w/curl
Tuesday: 7 x 400 (5K pace)
Wednesday: 3 miles + strength training
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 3 miles (half marathon pace)
Saturday: 8 miles
Sunday: 4 miles

Great week ahead of you! Today's workout is a little yoga, and that's it! Still in recovery from yesterdays long run of 20.
