Fitness Plan
With this week being half marathon week I want to make sure my legs are nice and fresh for a competitive 13.1 on Sunday, so here is what I plan to do for the week...
Monday: Piyo + cardio (maybe)
Tuesday: 60 min run
Wednesday: Cross Fit
Thursday: Cross Fit
Friday: 30 min run
Saturday: Short walk
Sunday: Eau Claire Half Marathon!
